When everything begun

Since our parents Carla and Andrea inherited properties from both their families, they decided to renew the buildings to adapt them to their needs. They also decided to start a new business and rent the restructured apartments and shops.

2001

It was 2001 when our parents decided to renew the property my mum has in Bellagio center. This is the building where she grew up and where our grand mother Adriana still lives. She used to work from home as a dressmaker while her husband, grand father Alessio, had a fish shop at ground floor.

2006

Five years later Carla and Andrea started with the renovation of the property in San Giovanni hamlet. Here Andrea grew up with the parents which had a cafè at ground floor. The restoration included Andrea’s architecture office and apartments to rent.
