Walking on the snow
Taking a walk with snow shoes is becoming increasingly popular because it is not a very challenging activity while allowing you to breath some fresh anc clean air and admire nature at a slower pace. We suggest the walk of The Dorsale from Bellagio to Brunate, it takes about 8 hours but you can stop on the way for eating and sleeping in local “Locande”.
Skiing
Over 50 kilometers of skiing lanes that you can tread with skis, on foot or snowboard. There are also 20 km dedicated to nordic track enthusiasts. Let’s not forget about the alpine skiing tracks and the different solutions available for telemark lovers. Lunching in a typical mountain lodge

Take a boat tour
Always charming and unforgettable, thanks to the landscape made by mountains and lake. From 2018 many monuments on the lake are lightened with colorful light in the Christmas season. This is a great opportunity to take a boat tour also by night. Check the information here Lake Como boat
Ice skating
In almost all the main cities on the lake it is possible to ice skating thanks to the equipment sat during Christmas season. A cool idea while sightseeing all along the lake. You can choose between Lecco and Como.
Shopping
You can choose between Como, Lecco and also Milan (where you can go by train or car in just one hour!). And till March you can enjoy sales on Italian fashion brands!
